EUROSON SCHOOL ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND: FROM BASIC TO ADVANCED APPLICATIONS.

Ultrasound is the easiest to access and economically advantageous instrumental method for the study of the abdominal pathology. Promoting the standardization of methods and procedures is the only tool to ensure a complete clinical evaluation, increasing access to treatment and dentifying diseases at an early stage. The proposed training course aims to share the more consolidated professional experiences of the expert opinion leaders involved, and the more recent advances in the abdominal ultrasound: elastography, contrast-medium expertise, multiparametric liver ultrasound with attenuation parameter and viscosity evaluation of the parenchyma. The course provides a theoretical part with interactive lectures in the classroom and a practical demonstration part for groups and individuals.
